I can tell you as a money savings tip as seen in this article, it can sometimes make sense to rent. What about those that are near retirement or in retirement? It is not just about the dollars and sense but about lifestyle. Recently a friend of mine was displaced from their house due to a small basement fire, mainly smoke issues. They had to move into an apartment for several months while their house was being cleaned up. They enjoyed their time in the apartment. They felt free to come and go as they please. If you are not comfortable with the maintenance and hidden costs of home ownership then read this article!</p>
