Long term planning includes healthy living. Maybe personal trainor?

I think that just like financial planning has added value with a trusted advisor/financial planner, so does healthy living can use a personal trainor. Objective advice is valuable. Are you receptive to advice? I had a personal trainor for 12 months and totally recommend it. We looked at both physical training and nutrition.

Health planning for your retirement is every bit as important as financial planning. What steps are you taking for sound long term health planning? Prevention is one of the keys. I often think how much you want to stay out of the health care system. Listen to your body. Prevention methods such as strategic exercising instead of going to the gym again and doing the same thing. Plus of course re-evaluating your food intake is so important. So, long term planning should include both financial as well as health planning. Seek professional help.

Having short term savings can relieve that problem. If your short term savings builds to a greater level some can be dumped into your long term savings plan. [...]

Having short term savings can relieve that problem. If your short term savings builds to a greater level some can be dumped into your long term savings plan. You can still of course be contributing to long term savings at the same time though as a short term plan. Both make so much sense.
